Shipping & Product Pick-Up Information

This Shipping page covers the shipping and product pick-up information for purchases made through FSG TechMart.


1. Order Fulfilment Overview

Customers may choose one of the following fulfilment options at checkout:

  • Self Pick-Up at the FSG x Biorism | Nanoform Office
  • Delivery (Shipping) via our external fulfilment and logistics partners

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.


2. Self Pick-Up Option

Pick-Up Location:
Unit 1, Level 1, FSG x Biorism | Nanoform Office at UiTM MTDC

Pick-Up Schedule:
Available every Wednesday or Friday of the following week

Pick-up is scheduled 4–5 working days after the order is placed online.

Important Notes:

  • Customers will be notified when the order is ready for collection
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required at collection
  • Orders not collected within the specified period may be rescheduled or cancelled at our discretion

3. Shipping (Delivery) Option

Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees range from RM7 to RM15, depending on delivery location
  • Exact shipping charges will be shown during checkout

Delivery Timeline:

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days from the date the order is placed
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays

Fulfilment:

  • Orders are shipped from our external fulfilment centre using appointed courier services
  • Tracking details (if applicable) will be provided once the order has been dispatched

4. Delivery Limitations

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information at checkout

5. Overseas Orders

For overseas orders (if applicable):

  • Shipping fees and delivery timelines may vary
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by local authorities

6. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

  • Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details
  • FSG TechMart will not be liable for unsuccessful deliveries caused by customer-provided information
