Return & Exchange Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through www.fsgtechmart.com online store, including orders fulfilled under the FSG-ENT programme.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

  • Refunds are strictly not allowed under any circumstances.
  • By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that payments made are non-refundable.

2. Exchange Policy (Faulty or Incorrect Products Only)

Product exchanges may be considered strictly on a case-by-case basis and are subject to evaluation and approval by the FSG-ENT team.

Exchanges will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • Product received is expired or near expiry
  • Product received is different from the order placed

Products that are used, altered, or not in original condition will not be eligible for exchange.

3. Exchange Request Timeline

  • Customers must report any issue within 3 days of receiving the product
  • Requests submitted after this period may not be considered
  • All approved exchange cases will undergo a review period of 7 to 21 days

4. Exchange Procedure

a) Local Orders (Malaysia)

For local orders, customers are required to:

  • Return the affected product to the FSG-ENT Biorism office at the UiTM-MTDC building for physical inspection
  • Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received
  • Provide proof of purchase upon submission

The product will be reviewed before any exchange decision is made.

b) Overseas Orders

For overseas orders, customers must:

  • Provide clear photo and video evidence showing the product defect or issue
  • Email the evidence together with the order number and details to [email protected]
  • Physical return may not be required unless specifically requested

All overseas exchange requests are subject to review and approval.

5. Exchange Conditions

If an exchange is approved:

  • Exchange will be for the same product only
  • Same brand, quantity, and volume/size
  • Subject to product availability

If the same product is unavailable, Biorism reserves the right to propose an alternative solution or decline the exchange.

6. Review & Decision

  • All exchange cases will be reviewed within 7 to 21 working days
  • Final decision rests solely with the FSG-ENT team
  • Decisions made are final and non-appealable

7. Risk & Responsibility for Returns

For cases requiring product return:

  • Customers are responsible for the product until it is received and reviewed
  • Biorism is not liable for loss or damage during return transit
  • Customers are advised to pack items securely to prevent damage
